1.Download Latest CM12.1 Nightly Galaxy S5 Vodafone (SM-G900I ) and Gapps . Copy it in your in your device.

2.Now place the Cyanogenmod CM12.1
Rom and gapps zip file in sd card.

3.Now reboot to Custom Recovery mode(TWRP/Philz).

4.Then flash CM12.1 Android 5.1 1 Lollipop  Rom and Gapps from Recovery in it.

5.Now Clear cache and Clear Data.

6.Reboot your device.
