After Downloaded All Above Files, Follow These Steps

1-Install Samsung USB Driver 

2-After Installing USB Driver Putt The Phone On Download Mode By Pressing Combination Of Buttons |Power + Volume Down + Home| Then Press Volume Up

3-When Download Mode Is Appear, Now Extract Root Package Folder And Open it Now Run The Odin V3.0 |Odin Available Under The Root Package Forlder|
4-Now Attached Phone With PC Via Data Cable
After Attaching The Phone Click On Ap Section And Load Right .MD5 File
For Example If Your Phone Model is Gt-I9300 Then Load I9300.MD5
After Loading Tick On |F.reset Time| And Other Boxes Unchecked

After Loading .MD5 File In Ap Section And Tick on F.Reset Time And Then Click On Start
Now Your Mobile Is Rooted :) Unplug The Phone And Restart Then Check SuperSu App In Apps Menu If it Appear Congratees Your Phone 100% Rooted.

Now again Put Your Phone On Download Mode Via Above Method
When Download Mode Is Appear Then Attached With PC 
Now Load Recovery in AP Section Tick On F.Reset Time Unchecked Others All Boxes
And Click On Start Recovery Flash Done :)
Unplug Phone Restart The Phone If its Not Auto Restart
Open Custom recovery By Pressing These Buttons
