RSD Lite is able to flash Stock ROMs with the following extensions
.xml - Fastboot files (very common)
.bzip, .gz, .tgz, .bz2, .tbz2 and .zip - Zip files
.hs and .HSX - Flex files
.shx and .SBF - Super files
