If you just bought any of the new Android One devices an want to root it, this new tool created by XDA developer anil293 will help you do just that in few mouse clicks.
This tool is not just all about rooting the device, it can also install custom recovery like TWRP, CWM and PHILZ to your device for later stuffs like custom ROMs etc...

Download android one package from this link
Run the installer so that it is extracted.
After extraction is completed, goto C:\Program Files\AndroidOneToolkit
Launch Android-ONE-ToolKit
If you don't have adb drivers installed on your PC, Click Install Drivers and select Yes when the pop up appears.
Enable USB debugging by going to Phone Settings >> Developers Option >> USB debugging (ticked)
If you can't find Developers Option, Go to Phone Settings >> About >> Tap Build number 7 times (a message you are now a developer will appear) Press back and you will see Developers option.
Now connect your device to PC
Click on List Devices to see if your device is connected to the PC. If its properly connected you will see it listed.
Now Click ROOT and follow the instructions on screen.
Wait for the process to complete.
Note that your device might restart during the process.
When the process is complete, restart your device if it did not restart during the process.
Enter your app menu and you will find SuperSu icon showing your device is rooted.
